Account Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Handle Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow and financial statements.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, ITR, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-9 compliance and filings.
• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, vendor/customer reconciliation and outstanding follow-up.
• Handle bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and month-end closing.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and financial transactions.
• Ensure proper accounting records, documentation and internal controls.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
• Supervise the Accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax and statutory requirements.
